Candidates should send their applications in the prescribed format with complete bio data, attested copies of the certificates in proof of date of birth, educational qualifications, experience, caste, etc. 2 copies of the latest passport size photographs, duly superscribing the name of posts applied for on the top of the envelope on or before 24.12.2010 to the below mentioned address for respective posts. The following documents are to be given by the employer in respect of candidates already employed under Govt./Semi Govt./PSUs/Autonomous body.

2. Attested photo copies of all certificates
3. No objection certificate of respective Ports/Organisations.
4. Undertaking of the applicants not to withdraw the candidature, if selected.
5. Vigilance and Administrative Clearance of the concerned Port/ Organisations.
6. Two Passport size Photographs.
7. Certificate to be given by the employer as in the overleaf of the application format.
Selection will be made through competitive examination and interview. Candidates presently employed should apply through proper channel. Application received without the copy of certificates as mentioned above and received after the due date will be scrupulously rejected. The crucial date to determine the qualifications, experience and age will be 01.11.2010.
