Degree in civil engineering from recognised university with minimum 60% marks.

Chief Manager: 01 Post
Qualification: Analogous post in the pay band of Rs.15600-39100+7600 or Divisional Managers or equivalent with minimum 8 years of experience in Govt/PSU/Autonomous Organization in the pay band of Rs.15600-39100+6600 or Senior Manager or equivalent with minimum 15 years of experience in Govt/PSU/Autonomous organization and A good PG degree in Management from a reputed institute.

Estate Manager: 01 Post
Qualification: Graduate preferably B.Com with minimum 3 years experience in the industries sector.
Pay: PB-II + GP Rs. 4800
Project Director/Superintendent Engineer(Civil): 02 Posts
Qualification: 3 years of regular service on Analogous post of Executive Engineer(Civil) with 8 years of regular service and possessing degree in civil engineering from a recognised university.
Pay: PB-III + GP Rs. 7600
Chief Project Managers/Executive Engineer(Civil): 04 Posts
Qualification: 5 years of regular service on Analogous post or Assistant Executive Engineer(Civil) with 8 years or Assistant Engineer(Civil) with 10 years of regular service in grade with degree in civil engineering from a recognised university or equivalent.
Pay: PB-III + GP Rs. 6600
Senior Project Manager/Assistant Executive Engineer(Civil): 03 Posts
Qualification: Assistant Executive Engineer with 3 years of regular service or Assistant Engineer holding degree with 5 year of regular service or Junior Engineer(Civil) having degree in Civil Engineering with 8 years of experience on regular basis.
Pay: PB-III + GP Rs. 5400
Chief Project Managers/Executive Engineer(Electrical): 01 Post
Qualification: 3 year of regular service on Analogous post or Assistant Executive Engineer(Electrical) with 6 years or Assistant Engineer(Electrical) with 8 years of regular service in grade with degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognised university or equivalent.
Pay: PB-III + GP Rs. 6600
Senior Project Manager/Assistant Executive Engineer(Electrical): 02 Posts
Qualification: Assistant Executive Engineer with 3 years of regular service or Assistant Engineer holding degree with 4 year of regular service or Junior Engineer(Electrical) having degree in Electrical Engineering with 8 years of experience on regular basis.
