How To Apply:
The Qualification of the candidates must be from a recognized Institution/Board/University. The application form may be downloaded from our website “www.doeaccchd.edu.in” or obtained personally from the above mentioned address. on all working days and be submitted strictly in the prescribed Performa along with non refundable registration fee of Rs. 350/- in cash at the above premises before start of the interview on 02.12.2010 by 11.00 am. Candidates should report by 10.30 a.m. The candidates should attach copies of certificates/ mark sheets, Date of Birth certificate, passport size photograph, and experience certificates (if any) with the application form and should bring all testimonials/ certificates/experience certificates in original at the time of interview. The application forms will not be sent by post on request. Incomplete application forms and the application forms of the candidates who fail to fulfill the eligibility criteria will be summarily rejected and no further queries/ communication will be entertained in this regard.
