Ten years experience in supervisory cadre or equivalent in the field of Administration orManagement of Agriculture or Extension Programme or Teaching experience at Collegeor University level in Agriculture or Extension programme with special reference totraining of Extension Personnel and Farmers.
Desirable:-(i) Doctorate Degree in Agricultural Extension, Extension Education or advance trainingIn Agricultural Extension from a recognised University or equivalent.
(ii) Familiarity with the formulation and conduct of Extension Management Programme.

How to Apply - Application (in triplicate) in the proforma available at official website, through proper channel along with the last five years’ confidential reports i.e. from 2004-2005 to 2009-2010 of the eligible officers who could be spared in the event of their selection should reach the Under Secretary (Extension), Room N0.25 - A, Ministry of Agriculture ,Department of Agriculture & Cooperation, Krishi Bhawan, New Delhi Before 28.01.2011. While forwarding the applications the sponsoring organisations should verify and certify thatthe particulars furnished by the applicant are correct and that no vigilance case is either pending orcontemplated against them and their integrity is certified. The maximum age limit for appointment bydeputation shall not be exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of the receipt of applications. It mayalso be certified that no major/minor penalties have been imposed upon the officer during the last tenyears. |
