Moil Limited – Jr. Steno (Trainee) Recruitment 2011 – Madhya Pradesh

Moil Limited is Hiring Graduate candidates in 2010, Madhya Pradesh
Dt/- 24.11.10
Requires for its Mines situated in the State of Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra:
1. Jr.Steno (Trainee) – 3 POSTS ( 1 SC, 1 OBC-B/L, 1 GEN)
Qualification:
i) Graduate
ii) Having passed English shorthand at a speed of 80 wpm from Technical Board of Education.
iii) Having passed English Typewriting Test at a speed of 40/30 wpm respectively from Tech.Board of Education.
iv) To qualify in shorthand and Typewriting tests at the speeds indicated above, to be conducted by Selection Committee.
v) Min.3 yrs. as stenographer in a big reputed Organisation.
vi) Age limit upto 30 years.(Relaxable under Govt.Guidelines for candidates belonging to reserved categories).
vii) Knowledge of computer is essential.
Period of Training: one year. After successful completion of training period, they will be regularised in the scale of pay of Rs.10300-260-18100/-(NE-04).
Remuneration: Consolidated pay of Rs.10300/- during training Period.
General Conditions:
1. Only Indian Nationals need to apply. Mere submission of application will not entail right for claiming Appointment.
2. Candidates from Govt.Depts./PSUs must forward their applications through proper channel or they should produce NOC at the time of interview otherwise they will be treated to have agreed to forgo the benefits of carry forward of gratuity, leave salary and any future benefit for past service etc.
3. Persons who have resigned or retired from Government Companies/PSUs under the Voluntary Retirement Scheme(VRS) will not be eligible to apply.
4. In order to regulate the number of candidates to be called for the test and/or interview, if so required, the Management reserves the right to raise the minimum eligibility standards/criteria OR to relax the minimum eligibility standards/criteria including age limit in otherwise suitable candidates depending upon the response to the advertised posts.
5. Merely meeting the above qualifications and experience shall not entitle a candidate to be called for interview. Only short listed candidates will be notified for Test and/or interview.
6. Depending on the requirements, the Company reserves the right to cancel/curtail/increase the number of posts without any further notice and without assigning any reason thereof.
7. Age & period of experience can be relaxed in deserving cases.
8. Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidates from the candidature of the post.
9. Departmental candidates who fulfills the above qualifications, may also apply for the post.
