Exp- Minimum 12 years (as on 31.01.2011) of relevant post qualification executive experienceshould be in:(i) The Legal department of Public Sector /Government organization, with minimum twoyears experience in the pay scale of `32900-58000/- (I.D.A) or its equivalent grades as on31.01.2011. (Relevant grade-equivalency documents must be enclosed) OR (ii) A Solicitor’s / Advocate’s firm of repute. Experience in the Solicitor’s/ Advocate’s firmof repute will be reckoned from enrolment with Bar Council, as on 31.01.2011 OR (iii) Legal Department of a large MNC/Private company having minimum annual turnoverof `100 crore during 2008-09 or 2009-10 (The candidate will submit documentary proofwith application to establish that the company has an annual turnover of at least `100 croreduring 2008-09 or 2009-10) as on 31.01.2011.
